Terms and Conditions
Seller: China Unicom (Europe) Operations Limited Magyarországi Fióktelepe, 1052 Budapest, Szervita tér 8., Hungary. We sell China Unicom Mobile Data / DONDON portable Type-C mobile data devices and data packages. Orders are paid in EUR as one-off purchases. Services are subject to device compatibility, package coverage, local mobile network availability and applicable laws.
Delivery and Activation
After payment confirmation, the customer receives order confirmation and activation or fulfilment instructions. Physical device delivery and data package activation timing depend on destination, stock, customer information and network/package rules. Supported sales scope is Europe-based customers purchasing packages for China Mainland, Hong Kong, Macau and APAC travel or business use cases.
Refund and Cancellation
Before activation or shipment, customers may request cancellation by contacting support with the order ID. After a data package is activated, used, expired or bound to a device/account, refund eligibility may be limited. If a product cannot be delivered or activated due to our confirmed fault, we will offer correction, replacement or refund according to applicable law.
Privacy Policy
We collect order, contact, country, VAT and payment-status information to process orders, issue records, provide support and meet tax/accounting obligations. Payment credentials are processed by approved payment providers such as Adyen and are not stored by this website. Data may be shared with payment, fulfilment, telecom service, accounting and compliance providers where required.

Checkout Disclosure
